Summary
The position of staff Accountant is a staff to senior level accounting position, individual contributor, responsible for assisting all accounting and financial reporting activities. This position will work closely with the Sr. Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer, and other organizational leaders.

Essential Duties
- Reports to the Sr. Accounting Manager and assists in all phases of fiscal functions with emphasis in the area of accounting, budgeting, and control to maintain fiscal reports
- Assist with budgeting, accounting, internal control policies and procedures, and prepare related manuals
- Oversee accounts payable and account receivable process
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger (GL) accounts monthly, including various intercompany accounts
- Help prepare financial reporting
- Assist in the annual audits
- Participate in year-end closing process and preparation of annual financial statements
- Review and analyze the financial statements and audits as required
- Communicate positively and effectively with management team, other departments, consultants/contractors to coordinate, implement, review, and strengthen financial procedures and controls
- Maintain and establish vendor relationships to support the organization

Main Qualifications:
- 2-3+ Years Accounting Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- NetSuite ERP
- Strong Microsoft Excel

- CPA or MBA
- Non-profit, government, or Education
- Multi-entity, intercompany transactions environment
- Finance, Budgeting and/or FP&A experience
